Enrico Toro is the Small Business product manager for Microsoft’s Server and Cloud marketing organization. Enrico has always been passionate about working with Small Businesses that he considers a true engine of growth and innovation and he has spent the past 15 years working with them, previously as a growth and quality consultant, and later, once he joined Microsoft, working to develop and market products that can have a significant impact in the way small businesses conduct their activities. Enrico has an MBA in finance and strategy and a MA in Economics. In the little spare time left, Enrico enjoys fencing, sailing, skiing, good food and better than everything else, good company.

Paul Edwards is Director, SMB & Channels Research, at IDC Canada. Within this service, which focuses on information technology adoption and go-to-market strategies in the small and medium business (SMB) sector, Paul delivers relevant research and business insight to help marketing and channel executives compete more effectively.
 
In his current role, Paul Edwards extensively studies SMB market dynamics, including end-user buying behavior and trends across technologies (hardware, software, telecom) and services. In addition, he provides analysis of business models and practices in the development, implementation, and management of effective channel strategies.

As a Business Development Server Specialist Michael has been very successful in helping technology partners build a profitable and sustainable business around SBS. Having worked closely with Microsoft’s top System Builder, Reseller, LAR, and Multinational partners Michael has educated, trained, and enabled their teams in the selling of SMB (OEM & Volume License) focused on Windows Server-based solutions.
 
Michael’s vast sales expertise span on the following areas: Windows Server Foundation, Small Business Server, Windows Server Std., Enterprise, and Datacenter, Hyper V Virtualization, as well as System Center Virtual Machine Manager and System Center Essentials.
 
Michael has been pivotal to Microsoft success over the years he was the lead Server Specialist for SBS 2008 launch. Having been a key member of the team Michael has become a vital component for SBS 2011 launch.

Sean Daniel joined Microsoft, and the Small Business Server team back in 2000 as an Intern, working on SBS 2000. He started full time in 2001 working on SBS 2003, and continue to work on the SBS family of products including: SBS 2003 R2, SBS 2008 and Windows Server codename “Vail” and Windows Server codename “Aurora". He has been with the team for 9 years full time and have had the pleasure of working on the small business server product family for a long time. He is excited that Aurora brings a new Hybrid generation to the Small Business Server family. He's worked on the majority of the major features across SBS over the past 9 years including SharePoint, Client Deployment, Backup, Networking, Identity and domain name configuration.
