    Applications (url) must be live until May 1st 2010.
    Applications must have a unique url name to qualify for one ballot
    A Canadian Live ID is required to access Windows Azure and must point to an address
    in Canada.
    The Affinity Group for your application when setting up on Azure should be point to
    “North Central US”
